Overview
The city of Excelsior, MN has adopted the following codes:
- 2003 Minnesota Building Code, based on the 2000 IBC. Minn. R. § 1305.0011.
- 2003 Minnesota Residential Code, based on the 2000 IRC, Minn. R. § 1309.0010.
- 2003 Minnesota Conservation Code for Existing Buildings, based on the 2000 IEBC with amendments. Minn. R. § 1311.0010.
